VERY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

A raw peanut butter and chocolate deliscious affair.
You could use a nut butter of choice to replace the peanut butter if preferable. Nut butters are packed with protein that keeps your body sustained for hours.

Ingredients / Peanut Butter Bottom
  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter (could use 1/2 cup p.nut and 1/2 cup nut butter of choice)
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (could use raw honey)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
  • dash of vanilla essence


Ingredients / Chocolate Top
  • 1/2 cup of cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar (could use coconut syrup or raw honey)
  • 1/3 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup cacao butter
  • small handful of cacao nibs (or can use milk chocolate chips)
  • pinch of sea salt

How To
  • Grab chocolate moulds or silicon muffin cups
  • Combine all first ingredients into a bowl, melting coconut butter on stove slightly
  • Place mixture in bottom of cups or moulds, then put in freezer to set
  • Prepare chocolate mix whilst peanut butter setting.
  • Pour over the top and place the cups back in freezer to harden.
  • Wait til hard and pop them out and into your mouth!

  • Notes: Top with Coconut flakes if desired. ​Best stored in the fridge!
