A raw peanut butter and chocolate deliscious affair.
You could use a nut butter of choice to replace the peanut butter if preferable.
Nut butters are packed with protein that keeps your body sustained for hours.
Ingredients / Peanut Butter Bottom
1 cup of natural peanut butter (could use 1/2 cup p.nut and 1/2 cup nut butter of choice)
1 teaspoon coconut sugar (could use raw honey)
2 tablespoons coconut oil (melted)
dash of vanilla essence
Ingredients / Chocolate Top
1/2 cup of cacao powder
1 teaspoon coconut sugar (could use coconut syrup or raw honey)
1/3 cup of coconut oil
1/4 cup cacao butter
small handful of cacao nibs (or can use milk chocolate chips)
pinch of sea salt
Grab chocolate moulds or silicon muffin cups
Combine all first ingredients into a bowl, melting coconut butter on stove slightly
Place mixture in bottom of cups or moulds, then put in freezer to set
